Stay Away. Never Again.

Purchased a $700 comforter set through Amazon. It arrived and was not the same colors as advertised. Requested return and received it on Nov 24th. Mailed it and it arrived at Cabinhole on December 4th. (Shipping was $113.00 - to be refunded when package was received) Weeks went by and no refund or communication. Sent numerous emails, phone messages with USPS tracking info, supporting info etc. Zero replies. Sent complaints thru Amazon. No response. Finally, on January 2nd, received an email from Cabinhole requesting USPS tracking info when we ship it back (???) Submitted formal complaint to Amazon. On Jan 6th, $702.00 is back in our account. Cabinhole did not refund out $113.00 shipping as stated in their return policy. Absolutely the worst experience we've had through Amazon. Stay away from Cabinhole.
